4g problams

When using 3G and 5g internet there is no issues, but when connected to 4g I can have signal but not have any access to the internet

Hey @drhapgood_925, welcome to Three Community. That's a strange issue, let's see what we can figure out.

Firstly, what device are you using? If it's a phone, you should find the option to reset Network settings under 'Reset' or 'Network' options. Give that a try and let us know if it helps.

How long as has this been a problem, and is it happening in one particular area? If so, have you had a check of the postcode in our network status checker?

Are you getting a good 5G connection, and then manually switching over to 4G, at which point you can't access the internet?
