What's this folly from 3 regarding the fab new "big build" . I ran a service check in my area due to 1.5Mbps download on A full signal with 4G+. What a joke. Then we read this garbage about checking your phone, settings etc. Come on 3. Treat us like adults. I'm a network engineer at baesystems for server estate, the problem is that 3 don't have sufficient bandwidth at peak times. The download speed quoted is never going to happen In congested areas at 9eak times. Why don't OFGEN get on the case with operators , all, not just 3.

Apparently in my area this is going on, and the page tells me to get a latest handset.
Have you seen the list...hardly latest.
What's going on? 3 cannot be serious about those handsets being "the latest".

You can always complain to OFCOM, I think the boss is Michael Grade.

Unfortunately the number of bars is primarily an indication of call strength and not data speed.
