Phoned them up about this issue about 3 weeks ago and they told me they knew about it and were working on a fix. Three weeks😂😂😂😂 and it’s still not fixed. We need to boycott this provider cus they are genuinely the biggest scammers on the planet.

I have exactly the same on my PC when using either Edge, Chrome or Firefox.
I connected to a VPN and it worked straight away. It seems that the problem occurs when using Three as your ISP when trying to access the Three website (you couldn't make it up).
I have had this with a few sites where it does not like Three for some reason (NS&I is one example). But I would expect Three to be able to get their own site working on their own network.

In your reply please confirm the device(s) you've tested, and if the issue is still occurring on the Three App, and which browser(s) you've tested.

It's disappointing to see you've been impacted by this issue. The support team are working on this and should have a fix for it soon. Hopefully it won't be much longer.
