My 4g not working

I used to be able to go outside and my data would work for the past 2 days my data has not worked at all. I have unlimited data so I have no idea. I have even restarted my phone but nothing works. Can someone help??

My postcode is CV37 and I have the same problem- I called the help desk and they confirm a major issue with hardware (mast) that needs changing- I was advised to check back every seven days- unbelievable. I will give it until end of Saturday then jump ship for EE

Usual things that might seem obvious, first would be turn phone off and on which you have done. Check that you have not turned off mobile data and then check the network status checker

Then if you have another phone put your 3 SIM in and see if it's working.  Finally call 333 and chat with customer services.

Its a mast issue here with no end date to fix- the status checker does not show it
