Does anybody else experience not having coverage anywhere in London? I’m finding myself bound in a contract and paying for a consistently unreliable service.

Check the Three status page for any outages or call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again to speak with tech support to see if they can be of any help.

Same.  Poor, intermittent or no coverage for months in central London. 

Today I found out my dad is in hospital, wait 50 mins on hold to speak to the A&E department, and they couldn't hear me when they finally answered, because the coverage was dropping in and out.  

No amount of resets help.  The idea of 5G is comical at this point.  I'd taking working 3G any day.  Just waiting out my contract.
