Best solution Network issue Tenterden transmitter

Since 7.30 last night the transmitter has but sending out a signal with 1.3 go Dow load speeds and I bar for calls. I know it’s the transmitter as I have 5 devices all saying same thing. Also my Mac traced the issue back to it using diagnostic tools....

For a few days now, everytime I am trying to call someone, it takes ages for the call to connect if at all. Its so frustrating. I had a message pop up call forwarding but I never changed the settings. Other people I know are having the same problem.....
