I want to know who to set up a call divert if call is not answered in 10 seconds. I have tried using short code 61 but it defaults to 30 seconds and returns invalid MMi code.

Hey, Daniel.
Changing divert settings can usually be done on the device. On my own phone for example, it's in the Dialler App - Settings - Calling Account. Once you're in here, most phones have the same options, such as Caller ID, Call Barring, and Call Forwarding (Divert).
