I want to turn on CallerID but Nishin on Livechat says that they can’t do it and I need to download an App True caller - but that ifentifies incoming calls; and the device button doesn’t function - and advice seems to contradict - help???

Hi, Android or iOS? My Samsung S21FE has the option of network standard, on or off. I found it by searching settings for caller id.
