hello. I am unable to make calls from my phone since yesterday. They saying that service does not now exist to this number

Not able to make calls

For a few days now, everytime I am trying to call someone, it takes ages for the call to connect if at all. Its so frustrating. I had a message pop up call forwarding but I never changed the settings. Other people I know are having the same problem.....
