That's odd, as it sounds that any Three costumer would no be able to call your house number...
Is your Vodafone fixed number a geographic number( starting with 01 or 02)?
yesterday
it starts 01 Vodafone are going to see what can be done.

Did you have a fixed number before moving to Vodafone or was the fixed number assigned/given by Vodafone.
I'm thinking if you had fixed number before moving to Vodafone, like from BT or Talktalk or ..., this could be a portability problem between Vodafone and whoever owner of the 01xxx block your number belongs too.

Hi @josh13,
Sorry to hear this, please let us know what the Vodafone team advise when they update you.
Other than this, the best things to do initially are narrow down the issue as far as you can. It sounds like Three mobile numbers can't call your Vodafone landline but just to confirm:
Let me know on the above questions to the best that you can answer, and that may help point us towards how to look into this further.
Thanks,
Jonathan

I have not tested other landline numbers but have not had a issue calling anyone before. I don't know any other number on the service. Tested with a friends EE mobile and it worked. when i make a call they is no ring just says calling. I did not mention in the original post that the landline can make out going call fine and can ring the mobiles that are affected fine so it more of a inbound problem not a outbound on.
