Can't call home phone but not other numbers affected

Hello 

I having a issue where I can't call my home phone (connect over the internet) . The three other people in my house are on three and cont make the call but other networks can . The isp Vodafone don't seem to think it's on they end but I don't know anyone got any Ideals.

Have the same issue type thing weith call from three to talktalk??

You need to call talk talk it at their end. It probably will take a few weeks of it being escalated but should be fix at some point.

Yes they did it took a few weeks and it kept getting escalated until it was fix I imagine that it will be the same with talk talk

I currently waiting for my account to be fixed as thinks I am not live yet online account shows.

e.g. Is the TalkTalk number which is having issues receiving calls your personal landline number?

You've mentioned an online account isn't live yet? Is the TalkTalk line recently connected, or do you mean you've recently moved to Three?

When i call from my mobile with ur company i can not call home which is now on talktalk network worked fine on Vm network

I moved from VM to talktalk on the 21 .06.25 the line is active and working and so is the broadband it just there system on the website for my account does not show it as complated yet they have raised the issue but can take upto 5 working days

Hope the above helps i am also trying to get talktalk to have a look but they seems to onely be able to do one issue at a time

Thanks that makes things much clearer. One other thought that occurs, did the landline number get moved over from VM to TalkTalk or is a brand new number?

I'm not completely familiar with landline compared to mobile services, but if taking similar examples from mobile number porting, it could indicate there was an issue with your old provider updating how incoming calls are routed to it.

I do think that the issue is likely to be best resolved by TalkTalk similar to @josh13 but if contacting our customer services, it's best to note down the error message you hear/see when calling the number, and times/dates of failed calls. Times should be as precise as possible, recent so within 24 hours if possible and usually at least 3 different times when you've attempted the calls.
