Can't connect to NHS VPN (using Eero 5G)

Hi - we are currently transitioning to Three 5G. 

My wife works for the NHS, mainly at home, and is unable to connect to her system through the wifi, although I can connect to my employer's wifi.

I tried speaking to Three, but was told they can't help.

Does anyone have any ideas I can try?  Otherwise, I guess I am going back to grovel to my existing provider to keep our connection live!

Your employer's wifi would not be available outside of their premises; do you mean their network?

Your partner should contact NHS IT Support for her issue.
