I received a message from 3 this morning saying that my problem has been fixed. I restarted my phone and for a while I was able to make calls.
Now I have the same problem again. For one hour I've been trying to make and receive calls. the phone does't connect. Some time connect but it takes a very long time.

I just said the the service status said that there are works in my area W9 ***
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN THE WORKS WILL BE FINISHED
Yes, it mostly happen at home.
It persisted with Wifi calling turned off.
I had no problem with wifi connection. Only with normal calls

I can completely understand that this is far from ideal, @mp1.
I've taken a look and can see that there is work being carried out on a neighbouring mast at the moment. This is likely to be causing more traffic to be going through the mast closest to you. Our engineers have updated that they plan to have this work completed by the 22/09/2025.
You've mentioned that you're a business customer, so I would recommend you reach out to the Business Team for further support on the matter.

Hello.
Oh, it sounds pretty intermittent. Does this issue just happen at home? If so, you could check the Service Status page to see if there's a known issue locally.
In case it's a Wifi issue, it might be worth testing with the Wifi calling turned off on the phone. This ensures the phone only makes calls using the mobile network, and will allow you to narrow down the cause of the issue.
Pete.
