So I've been using 3 for a while on my Xiaomi Redmi 5 and it's worked fine in the past. Recently I've been having an issue where I can't make or receive any calls. In my phone book they show up as 'didn't connect', so the line is just silent and then the call is ended automatically. I don't even receive notifications about missed calls as a caller informed me today by email. The 4G network works fine + my area is still covered by 3G as well. My connection icon shows 3-4 bars. Notification texts from 3 come in okay. I'm so confused. How can the internet/text work if there's a connection problem? If there's no connection problem, why can't I call anyone?

Are you contract or payg? Are you accessing the internet via WiFi or cellular. If contract do you owe money causing your number to be suspended. If payg do you have sufficient credit? Try,if you can putting your SIM card into another phone to see if that makes any difference. If that resolves the problem it’s your handset if not contact customer service.

Maybe try resetting your network settings.
Or try toggling WiFi Calling off/on.
Failing that, contact Three Customer Services.
And failing that, possibly perform a Factory Reset.....
