I have bought the 100GB data pack (renewable), yet it wont allow me to use the data from it. It says it is active. I can only use data when i have cash credit and it charges me from it. Why cant i use my allowance? FYI i am currently abroad but in a eu country that three says data should work as normal. I also used a one time data pack perfectly fine before purchasing this one.

You only get 12gb fair usage for data roaming so you have probably triggered that.
