Currently in Spain have not been able to get data roaming working despite receiving text messages from Three stating that go Roam is working. Looked at all the guides and instructions still can’t get it working.
Tried to use their digital assistant-it’s useless. You cannot enter your mobile number as there is no field on the page to do so.

Check on the app that your spend cap isn't set to zero, and also check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1.
