3 has turned off data in my area for 5 weeks while the keep taking my my wife's and my money for the unlimited data plan we have

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing all this disruption, and for so long too. That's certainly not ok, I'm sure we're working hard to get the data up and running in your area as soon as possible, but I can appreciate this is an exceptionally long time to not have your data working.
