Is there an issue as everytime I try convert my sim to e sim, it says error 300 and network is doing maintenance.

Oh, as far as I know, that convert to eSIM feature on iPhones doesn't currently work. You can convert to eSIM by contacting the support team and asking them to switch you over to an eSIM.

iPhone 14. I go into mobile service, click my sim and convert to e-sim, it says ready to activate, double click to confirm, and then says your network provider is doing maintenance to their network and cannot support transfer at this time error code 300
