I requested for a digital esims and got the code and after put the code in to the phone to download the digital esim it comes up saying cants connect to the network so is there any problems to why it's doing that instead of downloading the esim on to my phone?

The thing is now I can't sign in to the my three account as the network wants to send you a code but I can't receive the code as the SIM card that the number was on is not active as the number is on a esim but I can't get the code to download the esim because I can't get into my three account because I can't get the code to get into the my three account.

Are you connected to Wi-Fi when you are trying to add the eSIM and in an area that has 3 coverage?

I’ve had this issue and it’s a nightmare. However if you call customer service on 03333381001 from another phone they can ask you security questions and verify you that way. It’s a right pain but doable I’ve had to do it myself,
