Finding out my invoice number to claim samsung laptop?

Have been told I need to provide a invoice number to claim laptop? Of which I have not been given one.

Not sure but does my3 have an order history in which cade you may find the invoice number or an order number you can use.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, is this a Samsung promotion/giveaway? They offer these with multiple providers and retailers so the terminology won't always line up.

In the past they've been happy to accept the order number or account number, along with the IMEI of the Samsung device we've supplied.
