Hi.
Is anyone else having a problem with controlling their kid's phone using Three mobile data via the Google Family Link app>
It works fine on WiFi but if I need to give my child additional time when she's out of the house it won't change any settings. I have another kid who uses GiffGaff and it works fine for her.
I'm trying to work out if it's a Three issue!

Hi @Zo,
That's the first mention of this issue on the community to my knowledge.
Perhaps you could swap the SIM cards between the two phones. Testing whether the problem stays with a particular phone, or follows the SIM could help narrow down if the issue is software on one of the phones, or something linked to the network/Three SIM?
