Hi I just got question  my contract is end soon I’m 5 years with 3 phone broadband tablet and another sim , 

but need upgrade my phone , but think is hot for some point really bad credit score .. this will not allow me to do upgrade or is chance will do ???

Thanks for joining our Community. In terms of credit checks and scoring we can't give financial advice, or give you any indicators on whether you would or wouldn't pass the checks from here on the Community as this is a public discussion space.

The only way you’re going to find out is to try. Initially it’s an automated decision process and if you do fail that credit check you can then appeal in which case a human will review it.
