autobot told me there was no problem in my area [Lincoln]. but others have the same problem here. its says Live chat is available until 10pm but autobot won't connect you, saying you have to call them tomorrow. What a joke telling you to call when you've said you can't make or receive them. I won't be renewing my contract they've been nothing but trouble and Ive never had more than 1 bar signal.

I"m having the same problems as you and the digital assistant is terrible. it says the live chat is closed for today, but on the website it says its open until 10pm. I'm reliant on my phone as I'm alone and disabled, I can't make or recieve calls. I'm using my laptop at the moment but can't make calls through this either, my phone is an iPhone 14 pro max. any advice much appreciated

Its also allowing me to receive text messages, but i dont get any notification, they just appear in my inbox.
At least its clear to be a network issue and not phone / software related

I was stressing it was my phone . I was on phone to drs when my call was cut
