Hello all, i need to contact a human from three company i have this problem and no one is answering me, is there a way to contact a human, here is my problem :

If you are on a contract, your number will still be with us, and it's just a replacement eSIM that you need for the same account. This can be issued by the team on one of the contact options on the Support Page. It's also worth noting though that if you live outside the UK, you might be unable to use the eSIM even if replaced as the roaming services may have been disabled if you've been away for longer than 2 months. You'd need to come back to the UK in order to access the service and receive any verification messages.
If you are on Pay As You Go, the same rule in relation to roaming applies, the SIM may stop working abroad after two months if you haven't been back to the UK. In addition to that, if your number was not actively used in a chargeable event, such as making a phone call, sending a text, using mobile internet within the last 6 months, the line would be terminated. If the line was terminated over a month ago, the number will be lost permanently. You can chat with the Pay As You Go team on their Support Page to find out more about the status of the line, and to request a replacement eSIM if that's still applicable.
