I do have issue with my SIM card lost my phone Friday night I have reported lost ent to store to get replacement card told by store manager Stratford Westfield system issue come back Monday and we I’ll issue you a sim card was there by Monday they issue me replaced SIM card since that is still not working I have called many time went to different store call centre told me different story all time I have lost many of my appointments no one able to contact with me my family is starving unable to confirm any thing to any one because that number is registered every where so much stressed spending alot of money every day to travel and while top up pay as you go no one understand every day going to there store and still same issue look like they don’t care just wants money which is taken by direct debt disappointed and on and on could some tell me please what to do 😔

I lost mine and went on to the Three website and requested a replacement which arrived in a couple of days.
