I'm in US and I can use my data, receive text messages but can't make or receive calls

Hi

I am in the USA and all my roaming settings are on. I can send and receive texts, use the Internet but I can't make or receive calls. What am I missing? I have reset my phone and nothing has changed.

Welcome to the Three Community.

Are you still experiencing these issues with calling from the USA? As it seems to be only affecting calls, it may be to do with how you've got the numbers saved. I'd check your contacts and make sure you have any UK numbers saved with +44 instead of the 0 at the start.
