I'm trying to get into an app and get as far as loging in, entering the authenticator code but then it just hangs circleing and my coverage shows only 1 bar.

Hello there,

It's possible that a poor connection might be causing it to hang. It might be worth trying again on Wifi, or when you have a better connection, just in case.
