Is anyone else &/or their friends having trouble in receiving the amount meant to be received?

Hi, joined three November 26th 2024 through refer a friend Still not received my reward so emailed Alkamo they have told me my link had expired

I clicked the link or must've done to obtain my new phone

I also cannot find any proof in the T's & C's of I'm being told is correct

Hello there.

Is it possible that they are referring to the link for activating your reward account? The link you used to get your phone isn't the link for claiming your reward. 

It should be possible still to get the account activated with them, and access your reward.
