Is anyone here able to help? This has been a long term issue, and I am at the end of my tether with it. Whenever I make a call to a business to purchase something or organise a service and provide data, my phone connection is disrupted. I can be have a normal conversation, but as soon as I am asked to provide my say, postcode, card details or even a serial number of a product, the connection is interrupted and the other side cannot hear me. I have oftentimes had to abort the call and find another way to make contact. Frustrating.
Is it a security setting, the network or the phone?

Hello there.
That's quite unusual. Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone to see if that happens on another kind of device?
