Issue with mast BL4

I am currently having issues with my 5G broadband even though a speed test shows over 150mbps but I can’t even watch bbc iplayer due to buffering. 
The status shows as there is an issue in my area and it is being worked on. Is there a timescales on fixing the issues?
I’ve done a scan on my mobile and the RSRP is showing as -111dBm which is really bad.

Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with streaming lately. That's really odd to hear that the speeds are high, yet you're unable to stream content.

How long has the issue been going on for now?
