Just got off phone to 3 customer services, just want this confirmed its true, on my S25U, when anyone phones me, and i don't answer after 30 to 35 seconds, they get a message saying "the other person has hung up" , and customer service person said that is correct, but how can this be correct if i did not even pick up mobile ? if true the other person may think i just put the phone down on them, when i did not, i said is there a setting to stop this, and he said its the same with all networks, is that correct ? or is there a setting on S25 to stop this, looked every where and cant see a option, thx
I don't use voicemail or want to set it up.

That does sound slightly unusual, but it could potentially be tied to voicemail not being set up.
If there's no redirect/divert to voicemail when the call hasn't been answered, it might default to the 'hung up' message that the caller is hearing as a means to end the call.
I'm not aware of any way that we can amend this message, sadly.

Thx for reply, i just thought if no voicemail is setup, it would just ring and ring until picked up, or the caller hangs up, just like a land line, guess its different with mobile network ? thx
