Please speak me why you take in account 2 payments in april 22 and 29

Welcome to the Three Community, I'm sorry to hear that you have an unexpected payment. We can't directly discuss your account or bills here, so it may be best to contact customer services as @Geluk suggests.

I'm happy to give some ideas, but as this is a public forum, we can't access your specific account info, so this is just speculation:

  • As the payments are exactly one week apart the first Direct Debit requested may have failed. Double check your online banking in case the first payment was reversed. 
  • Do you have a Device Finance agreement? We take two separate payments one for your airtime SIM and plan, and the other for the device repayments on these plans.

If this doesn't clear things up, please get in touch and the team should hopefully be able to clear this up. Please do let us know how you get on after you've spoken to them.
