My voicemails aren’t coming through

I set my voicemail up and can access my mailbox but it says no new messages, when I know there definitely are new messages (I got my friend to leave me a voicemail)

Are you using an iPhone? If so, are you using the network voicemail service, or the phones own service?

 this is what it looks like, I set my greeting up with the three 3 voicemail but I haven’t received voicemails on my 3 voicemail or my phone voicemail

Hmm, that's odd. It's not an issue I've come across before. Have you spoken to the support team on chat or call about the issue yet? If so, what was advised? If not, would you be able to reach out to them to report the issue here?
