I need a new sim and I can’t get into my account to order it and it says they sending a code to the lost sim wat can I do

Hello, Clucky. 

If you've lost the SIM and don't have an active log in on My3 already, you won't be able to log in. You will need to contact the Support Team and request the SIM card be sent by them. The team will ask you for a code that they would normally send by text to pass security, you'll need to inform them that the phone or SIM is lost and that you would like to receive it by email instead.
