Hi , I have an iPhone 13 on unlimited taffif with 3 , when I try to sms android users number I get in red Not Delivered ?
Ive turned off iMessage , and experimented with other settings in messaging to no effect ?
My daughters is on the same tariff and uses same iPhone and has no problems?
I did look at her phone settings and they are the same as mine.
Is there any cure for this issue?

have you tried to swap your sim into your daugther's phone? what was the result?

yes if have tried and messages send to android users, I looked in settings-mobile service and network selection is set to wifi call with no other option ?
Still no help I getting my own phone to work correctly !

maybe now do the opposite and try your daughter's sim into your iphone and send an sms. If you get the red Not Delivered PeteG is right and might be your phone.

It sounds like the issue would be something on the phone then. I'd recommend going into the reset menu on your iPhone and resetting the network settings. The phone will then restart and you should be able to try sending the messages again.
