Hello . I had this number 07********* but then I upgrade it for sim contract monthly £16 with new number . Now I need my old number puk code plz so I can have my old number back plz help me

Hi @Saddaqatismail,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. If you've upgraded it shouldn't be a new number, it sounds like you may have taken an additional contract. A PAC is for transferring between different networks, and it can be used in some cases to move between PAYG and contract. 

Can you help me understand a little better what's happened? Did you lose the old SIM, or did you add a new contract by mistake when trying to upgrade?
