pay as you go, Go roam network & data problem

I am in a go roam destination for the last month i used my phone perfectly and everything was %100 OK.

BUT today i have made a top up and since than i do not have any data at all, i picked a £20 plan but nothing!

I have berley calling service...

Hi @Michael827,

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to connect from abroad. I think you most likely will be best chatting with the PAYG team, but we'll do our best to help from here if we can.

Have you been able to check your account to make sure the add on activated?
Have you received any texts about our 12GB fair usage policy? The £20 was a new monthly add on, or did you top up more in the same month?
Is mobile data/data roaming definitely active in your settings?
Does toggling flight/airplane mode on and back off reconnect your data?
Are you able to try manual network/carrier selection, and test any other available networks?
