Hi, I've got an old 4G MIFI device here and have had no Internet for a couple of days when connecting to it. Is this model still being supported? I'm just wondering what might be wrong, as all 3 lights are green. Perhaps it's just getting old?
I tried to supply a photo of it, but it's not linking in here, and I think the forum software thought it was "invalid HTML", so here's where a photo of this is -

Should work, put your postcode into 3's NETWORK STATUS page; see
if there are local engineering issues. REBOOT etc.

Thanks, I checked the status as well but there were no issues. I wonder if there's a way to reboot this device. Actually, all is fine again now after a day or two. Thanks again

Hi Jonathan, it's working fine again now. There's been no network errors in this area, just for some reason there wasn't any Internet on the device for a day or two.
