I've just purchased the new S25 direct from Samsung, included in the deal was a 3 sim.
This sim has arrived but hasn't been activated and there is nothing with the number on for me to be able to activate it.
To speak to 3 support, I need to know the number, but I can't find it, it is not on any of the paperwork the phone was sent with.
What can I do?

Try placing it in phone, and when network sees it, it'll be activated.
Scroll through SIM settings in phone to see what your number is.

I have put it in my phone but it doesn't recognise it as an active sim so I can't do anything with it.

if there are any numbers on the back of the sim (and usually there are, this is the sim id or iccid) this means something to support and shop staff. So either chat with support or pop into a store.

Do you have a three account that you can log into?
You should be able to activate the sim from your dashboard

You need to know your number to be able to create an account.
I don't know the number and have no way of finding it out.
