I've just purchased the new S25 direct from Samsung, included in the deal was a 3 sim.
This sim has arrived but hasn't been activated and there is nothing with the number on for me to be able to activate it.
To speak to 3 support, I need to know the number, but I can't find it, it is not on any of the paperwork the phone was sent with.
What can I do?

Sorry to hear about the delays with your SIM activating. Normally this should happen automatically on the day of delivery, but you can find all the options to get in touch here. I'm sure the team will be able to help with this if the SIM still hasn't activated.
