I made the switch from EE to 3 in September 24.

I don't understand what is going on here.Most days I have no signal from my home village.

I never had any issues with EE.

I am unable to take an audible phone call.

Not at all happy. I only have a mobile no landline, The service is appalling I'm stuck with this for 24 months. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the signal in the area.

Has this been a recent occurrence or have you had issues since starting the contract in September?

I'd have a look at our Coverage Checker to check the expected coverage for the area, as well as our Network Status Checker as this will show any reported issues or work going on in the area that's impacting you.

Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled on the device?

I would never move from EE to Three - ouch - that is a huge downgrade.
