Hi there, I woke up four days ago and my Three phone could use mobile signal (SMS and calls) but not data -even though the 5G logo is active -leaving me without WhatsApp and google maps, which was really inconvenient as I was travelling alone and there was a lot of train disruption and it made it a lot harder to navigate. I have tried resetting the phone, toggling airplane mode, resetting network settings and the advice on the site but it is still off. This is the second time this has happened in 18 months after being a customer for years with no problems. Is there anything I can do to get back online?

The network has gone to hell. I've not had coverage since Monday.
According to their Service Staus page, everything works fine?! Sniff...I smell something and it comes out the back side!
I'm cancelling my DD and see what they say.

Should work with 4G; ensure your phone has it enabled. Much better coverage than 5G.

The company is a joke. No signal/service.
Complain and get no where.
Speak to Ombudsman and still get no where.
