No internet or phone for 3 weeks yet offered only £5 pounds, my whole life was disrupted and no-one would help on the phones, disgusting treatment.

There is no point telling me to contact your team over 3 weeks of no coverage at all as if you raise a complaint, it is shut down literally within 5 minutes I got told it had been closed and the people on the phones do nothing. The service is terrible. I will be leaving asap
