I was using the USIM with 10GB data and before using it all, I bought Data Add-on on 29 July.
But all of the sudden, I can not connect the network after coming back Lyon, France from Italy.
I already got this message a few days before, when i bought the add-on data

Hello.
To confirm we've understood correctly, are you trying to use the Data Abroad? If so, you won't be able to use more than 12GB of the data because of the fair use limit. This would mean the 10GB, and 2GB from the unlimited data could have been used, but not more than that.
To continue using the data after that, you'd need to have cash credit on the account so that the ongoing data usage can be paid for from the credit.
