No internet dispite paying

Hi

I purchased a 35 pound unlimited data pack several hours ago (pay as you go) and zero Internet

The contact number is automated and luve chat is non existent, I.e non responsive when I click. 

 

Super frustrating and poor service 

 

Any advice please

We understand this'll be concerning. What options are you selecting when trying to call? You should be able to get through to an advisor, and we do have advisors available on live chat. If you find you're not getting through, then this'll likely be because the team are busy with other customers. We can only suggest you keep trying.
