Welcome to the Three Community.
It's a shame to hear that you've lost service.
To clarify, are you trying to purchase another data pack? If so, this wouldn't be possible when there is a data pack currently active.
You can purchase an add-on to tie you over if your allowances run out. However, as you've said your services have stopped working, I'd recommend checking our Coverage and Network Status page.
This might shed some light on what is causing the loss of service.
If you aren't able to find any clarity through the checker, please connect with our Pay as You Go team for some extra support.
