I recently changed from Giffgaff to 3. My number has been transferred and I am able to make calls. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive calls or texts. My Husband swapped at the same time and he doesn't have an issue. Looking through previous posts, it seems to be a "portal" issue. How long is this likely to last, as I am expecting an important message from my Dr's . Thank you.

As I didn't hear back from you, I hope that you were eventually able to receive calls and texts since switching to Three.
If this has been ongoing since you ported your number, please let me know, and I'll look at how we can get this resolved.

I can understand it's not great that your switch to Three hasn't gone through smoothly.
