Yes according to the 3store in kettering, my home broadband hub is working fine at home however, on my mobile phone whilst put n about, my mobile data, tex, calls is not working, since yesterday circa 1pm.
Apparently 3 is aware of the issue. I have a message saying you are offline, no internet connection, i think the whole of kettering has visited the 3store with the same issue.
Funny thing us, Ady, the guy in the store, his 3mobile connections are all fine!
And a random customer had a work fone on 3 and his personal phone on 3, one was fine the other wasnt. Weird!
They explained it away as every phone works on a different frequency n thats why they advise rebooting! Hadnt helped none of us!
Ive had to go buy an o2 payg so i can use my phone away from my house broadband.
I will be claiming that back!
Apparently 3mobile's mobile data calls n texts network is down! Put it this way, at home my phone connects onto my 3broadband hub n works fine, wen im out, i have nothing! No calls incoming or out, no tex and cannot get onto the internet
