No network

I’m on holiday in Cape Verde and need to receive a verification code for something important, I’ve got roaming on I’ve even purchased the 3 day go roam ATW pass this morning but not received a confirmation email, I can’t get any network at all I’ve tried to change things in settings with no joy

Cape Verde is not a Go Roam destination, this means allowances cannot be used there without charge, and the Go Roam ATW pass won't work. 

You can still roam though, but it can be quite expensive. You can find details of what each type of service costs to use here on our Roaming Page. Receiving texts is the only service that won't cost anything. If you have a signal, you could test your ability to receive texts by having someone send you a text message.
