Have a 3 PAYG connection , went to the US on holiday - despite the roam as at home claims by 3 , there is NO SERVICE , no way to even call the UK or use data , just NO service - fooled again .

Mine worked for 15 days but then stopped at the same time as you. Think they have some issues. AT&T data still works. 2 live chat calls could not fix the issue either?

It's a real shame to see you've had issues abroad with your network, I can imagine this would be a bit of a stress on holiday! 😣
Are you still there at the moment? If you aren't getting any service at all, anywhere, the first thing we'd advise checking is if roaming is switched on in both your Three account and phone settings.
It's also possible that you may also have to manually pick a network too, AT&T and T-Mobile are our partners is USA.
If you're still enjoying your holiday I would advise trying this first to eliminate this as the problem!
